The Building Our Vision committee held an information session discussing their unanimous recommendation for the planned church renovation. Sarah May led the presentation and Q&A, covering how and why they came to their recommendation, what is included and what is not included in the recommendation, fund raising levels, potential sources of incremental funding, and bridge financing during construction. Information Session, Hardy Hall, Jan. 12, 2020
The Building Our Vision committee held an information session on the current status of the planned church renovation. Tom Hildreth led a presentation and discussion of the fund raising levels, cost estimates, project options, construction schedule, current progress, and bridge financing during construction.
There is a difference between what our vision was at our reach fundraising goal of $2 million and what we can afford to do with what we currently have pledged. More specific information will follow from the BOV team based on the input from the congregation at this meeting. Thanks to all who participated!

Update, Hardy Hall, Sept. 23, 2018
The Building Our Vision committee presented an update on the planned church renovation. Tom Hildreth reviewed goals and plans from last spring, and presented changes in the plans since the June 10 presentation, including two possible options for improving the meetinghouse (sanctuary) and chancel. He reported on progress over the summer, including the status of reviews by Town boards and committees, and laid out plans for the capital campaign.

Progress Report, Hardy Hall, June 10, 2018
The Building Our Vision committee presented a progress report on the planned church renovation. Tom Hildreth highlighted the changes in the plans since the May 6 presentation. Our architect, Dennis Mires, presented the detailed changes to the floor plans and the site plan since then, and showed an interactive 3D walk-through of the updated plans. Drew Mason explained how these changes to our church building and grounds live out our strategic plan.
Please review the brochure that was handed out at the meeting, which includes the proposed floor plans, site plan, two sketches showing the proposed exterior of the church, and a page detailing how the proposed renovation relates to our strategic plan.
